Welcome to Crescengo these terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Crescengo. By accessing Crescengo we assume that you the users have accepted the terms and conditions.
Live streaming rules
The users are responsible for all of the content that the users have live streamed on Crescengo and will follow these rules.
- Live streaming inappropriate content such as nudity, hate groups, and racism is not permitted.
- The users will not impersonate another user or entity.
- Live streaming falsified information that can be damaging towards others isn’t permitted.
- Using another users account without authorization from that user is not permitted.
- Live streaming content that is from another entity without that entities consent is not permitted.
- Live streaming inappropriate content will result in the banning of the persons account.
Crescengo monetization
- Artists need to create a stripe account and connect the artists stripe account with crescengo to process earnings from streaming.
- The price to view the live stream will be set by the artists.
- The purchase of the live stream is not refundable.
- The minimum price that the artists can charge their viewers to view the artists live stream is $10. While the maximum amount that an artist can charge their viewers to view the artists live stream is $100.
- 80% of the earnings from the live stream will go towards the artists. Meanwhile 20% of the live streams earnings will go towards Crescengo.
- The maximum length that the users can live stream is twelve hours.
- Crescengo does not record any of the performances.
- Stripe will process the first payout within 7 to 14 business days. Future stripe payouts will be processed within 1 to 2 business days or however long the users sets the payout duration in their stripe account.
Age restrictions
- Users under the age of 18 who want to livestream on Crescengo or watch the live streams on Crescengo must require an adult supervision.
Licensing
- Crescengo has licenses from ASCAP, Global Music Rights, BMI, and SESAC which allows musicians to live stream their music performances on crescengo.
