Welcome to Crescengo these terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Crescengo. By accessing this website we assume that you have accepted the terms and conditions.
Livestreaming inappropriate content
You the user are responsible for all of the content that you have uploaded to Crescengo and will follow these rules.
- Inappropriate content such as nudity, hate groups, and adult rated content is not permitted.
- You the user will not impersonate another user or entity
- Uploading falsified information that can be damaging towards others isn’t permitted
- Using another’s account without authorization from that user is not permitted
Livestreaming inappropriate content will result in the banning of the persons account and the banned persons content will be deleted.
Crescengo monetization
The price to view the livestream will be set by the artists. In addition the livestream prices are not refundable. Also the minimum price that the artists can charge their fans to view their livestream is ten dollars. While the maximum amount that an artist can charge their fans to watch their livestream is nine hundred ninety-nine thousand, nine hundred ninety-nine dollars and ninety-nine cents. Eighty percent of the profit from the livestream will go towards the artists. Meanwhile twenty percent of the livestreams profit will go towards Crescengo. In addition the maximum length that the users can livestream is twelve hours. Also all livestream content will be recorded so that no one will miss their favorite artists concert.
Use of Crescengo by minors
Crescengo services are not available to users under the age of 13. If you the user are a minor that is between the ages of 13 and 18, you may only use Crescengo with the supervision of an adult such as your parent(s) or guardian(s) that has agreed to these terms and conditions.

All livestreams belong to Crescengo.
